OEM automotive manufacturing
Aliaa supports vehicle manufacturers and Tier suppliers with local process development, industrialization and repeatable production from its Sadat City facility.
Aliaa thermoforms automotive interior materials into repeatable three-dimensional geometry for localized OEM programs. Material construction, heating profile, transfer, tool closure and cooling are developed as one controlled route around the component specification.
Compression forming uses heated material and controlled tool pressure to manufacture moulded automotive carpets, felt structures and insulation parts. The process supports stable geometry, defined thickness and the integration of functional layers for OEM vehicle applications.
Vacuum-assisted forming supports complex automotive carpet and soft-trim geometry where surface definition and accurate conformity to the tool are essential. Process parameters are matched to the selected material, part geometry and required production volume.
Controlled polyurethane foam injection adds acoustic, thermal, support or spacing functions within automotive interior assemblies. Foam placement is integrated with the surrounding materials and final part requirements rather than treated as an isolated operation.
01Forming systems
Process selection follows material behaviour, geometry, surface expectations and production volume. Heating, transfer, tool closure and cooling are defined as part of the component process.
Heated material is shaped under controlled tool pressure for moulded carpets, felt structures and insulation components.
Thermoplastic constructions are heated and formed to retain precise vehicle geometry and integrated features.

02Material integration
Interior components frequently depend on multiple materials working together. Aliaa integrates surface, reinforcement, acoustic and attachment layers before or during forming according to the program construction.
Continuous or component-level bonding prepares stable multi-layer constructions for later forming and assembly.
Heat-activated bonding integrates layered materials without treating thermobonding as a separate product process.
Controlled foam placement adds insulation, support or acoustic function within the finished assembly.
03Finishing & assembly
Critical edges, openings, fasteners and subcomponents are completed against product and process controls. Jigs and fixtures establish location, sequence and operator repeatability.
Press cutting and fixture-controlled trimming create the final perimeter, openings and local features.
Foam, felt, spacers, hardware and labels are placed according to the approved construction.
Fixtures, visual criteria and defined checks support repeatable completion before release.
