Aliaa manufactures vehicle-specific front floor carpets, cargo and trunk carpets, OEM loose-lay mats and integrated under-carpet constructions for series production in Egypt.

Vehicle floor systems

The visible carpet is only one part of the construction.

A production-ready floor assembly must fit the vehicle geometry, protect the required appearance and carry every specified layer, opening and attachment into the assembly plant.

Aliaa develops the manufacturing route around the customer drawing and program requirements. Surface material, backing, insulation, local reinforcement, attachment points and finishing operations are translated into a costed BOM, tooling concept and controlled process sequence.

Our focus is OEM and vehicle-program supply. Parts are quoted against defined geometry, specification, annual volume and SOP timing rather than sold as universal retail replacements.

Moulded front floor carpets

Three-dimensional carpet assemblies formed around the floorpan, tunnel, seat interfaces and local vehicle geometry, then trimmed and integrated to the approved construction.

Cargo and trunk carpets

Visible cargo-area components produced with the specified contours, openings, edge condition, backing and attachment features for repeatable vehicle installation.

OEM loose-lay floor mats

Vehicle-specific carpet mat sets with controlled cutting, edge finishing, attachment eyelets, badges and labels where required by the customer program.

Under-carpet assemblies

Felt, foam and heavy-layer constructions integrated beneath the carpet to meet the package-space, mass and customer performance requirements of the application.

Material & process basis

Construction follows the floor zone and the program target.

Material selection is not separated from manufacturing feasibility. Thickness, formability, surface recovery, backing behaviour, weight and attachment design are reviewed together before the route is released.

Tooling & trials

Develop the forming, cutting and assembly tooling, then tune heating, transfer, pressure, cooling and trim sequence through representative trials.

Close dimensional, appearance and program validation evidence through PPAP, safe launch and controlled production ramp-up.
