Aliaa manufactures dash inner, under-carpet, hood, outer-dash and wheelhouse insulation components to customer specifications and program validation requirements.

An insulation component performs only when its construction, formed geometry and vehicle interfaces remain aligned with the customer specification.

Aliaa converts the program input into a material stack, forming route, trim sequence and integration method. Thickness distribution, weight, surface facings, local foam or heavy-layer content and attachment features are controlled as part of the finished component.

Vehicle-level acoustic simulation and laboratory validation are aligned with the customer-approved route. Aliaa’s responsibility is the product construction, representative samples and process evidence within its agreed program scope.
