Aliaa manufactures dash inner, under-carpet, hood, outer-dash and wheelhouse insulation components to customer specifications and program validation requirements.
Insulation applications
An insulation component performs only when its construction, formed geometry and vehicle interfaces remain aligned with the customer specification.
Aliaa converts the program input into a material stack, forming route, trim sequence and integration method. Thickness distribution, weight, surface facings, local foam or heavy-layer content and attachment features are controlled as part of the finished component.
Vehicle-level acoustic simulation and laboratory validation are aligned with the customer-approved route. Aliaa’s responsibility is the product construction, representative samples and process evidence within its agreed program scope.

Material & process basis
Material combinations are reviewed against geometry, thickness, weight, heat zone, formability, attachment and the customer’s validation plan before the process is fixed.
Engineering discipline
The program route connects the customer specification to approved material, representative tooling, process evidence and ongoing series control.
Confirm vehicle zone, interfaces, thickness envelope, heat exposure, mass target, attachment and required performance criteria.
Define each layer, facing, local reinforcement and foam feature with the material supplier and customer requirements clearly identified.
Tune heating, forming, cooling, trim and integration to protect geometry, thickness distribution and appearance on representative parts.
Align testing and PPAP evidence with the customer plan, then carry approved parameters and reaction controls into production.
Technical feasibility
Clear product and validation inputs prevent the material stack from being separated from the conditions it must survive in the vehicle.
Where a drawing and test requirement conflict with the proposed construction, Aliaa raises the technical risk during feasibility rather than after tooling release.
