Automotive carpet components manufactured by Aliaa Corp in Egypt

OEM automotive carpet mats · Egypt

OEM loose-lay carpet mats for vehicle programs.

Aliaa manufactures vehicle-specific carpet mat sets for OEM and vehicle-assembler programs in Egypt, from approved pattern and material construction through finishing, kitting and controlled series supply.

Vehicle-specific mat programs

A loose-lay mat still has to behave like an OEM component.

Pattern accuracy, edge condition, retention points, driver-side geometry and kit completeness must remain controlled from the approved sample through every production batch.

Aliaa develops the manufacturing route around the customer drawing, approved master, vehicle interfaces and specified material construction. Cutting, perimeter finishing, retention hardware, badges, labels and pack configuration are defined as one repeatable sequence.

Our scope is program supply for vehicle manufacturers, assemblers and Tier suppliers. We do not present universal retail mats as equivalent to a vehicle-specific OEM set.

Application scope

What Aliaa manufactures.

Final construction, geometry and validation status are confirmed for each vehicle program.

01

Passenger-vehicle mat sets

Vehicle-specific front and rear carpet mat sets produced to the approved patterns, edge definition and pack configuration for the assigned program.

02

Driver-side controlled geometry

Driver mats manufactured around the defined pedal clearance, floor interface, retention locations and customer-approved perimeter.

03

Retention and attachment features

Eyelets, rings and other specified retention components integrated at controlled locations using the approved component and assembly method.

04

Badges, labels and kit presentation

Program-authorized badges, identification labels and final set presentation completed where included in the customer specification.

Material & process basis

Construction is matched to the approved mat specification.

Surface carpet, reinforcement, backing, edge finish and retention design are confirmed together. Alternative constructions are evaluated through samples and the customer validation plan before release.

Typical material basis
  • Tufted or needle-punch automotive carpet
  • Program-specified reinforcement or intermediate layers
  • Specified anti-slip or protective backing
  • Retention eyelets, rings and attachment hardware
  • Customer-approved badges, labels and packaging materials
Relevant process route
  • Pattern and cut-development trials
  • Press cutting and controlled trimming
  • Edge sewing or specified perimeter finishing
  • Retention, badge and label integration
  • Set verification, packing and release

Industrialization path

From pattern package to repeatable complete kits.

The approved shape and construction are converted into controlled cutting, finishing, inspection and packing standards before series supply.

01

Input review

Confirm vehicle program, mat pattern or CAD, material specification, retention points, identification requirements, volume and target SOP.

02

Construction & sample

Build the proposed material stack and representative set, then review fit, appearance, edge finish, retention and pack presentation against the program requirement.

03

Tooling & controls

Release cutting tools, finishing standards, assembly aids, inspection methods and set-completeness controls for the approved design.

04

Approval & series

Close the required validation and PPAP evidence, then control material, traceability, packaging and production output through launch and ongoing supply.

RFQ readiness

What we need to evaluate an OEM mat program.

A clear sourcing package lets engineering define the construction, tooling, validation route and kit cost without confusing an OEM program with a generic aftermarket product.

Brand marks and vehicle identification are used only with the program owner’s authorization and approved artwork.

  1. 01Vehicle model, market and mat-set configuration
  2. 022D patterns, CAD data, approved master set or vehicle access
  3. 03Carpet, backing, weight, thickness, colour and appearance requirements
  4. 04Retention points, eyelets, rings and driver-side interface requirements
  5. 05Badge, label, edge-finish and packaging specifications
  6. 06Annual volume, program life, validation plan and target SOP
