Interior component scope
Formed geometry is only the starting point. Perimeters, openings, attachments, subcomponents and visible-surface criteria determine whether the part can be installed consistently.
Aliaa’s interior-trim capability is centred on soft trim, formed felt and fibre-based constructions, covered panels and integrated assemblies. The process route is developed around the supplied product definition rather than presented as decorative hard-trim injection moulding.
Engineering, quality and production align the material construction, tooling, trimming, fixtures and release checks so approved geometry and finish are carried into series supply.

Confirm mating surfaces, clips, holes, datums, edge conditions, visible zones, assembly sequence and customer appearance standards.
Align the surface, substrate, backing, foam, reinforcement, hardware and labels with the product specification and costed BOM.
Develop forming, cutting and assembly tools that locate critical geometry and make the approved finishing sequence repeatable.

The best feasibility discussion includes the interfaces and visible criteria that can be lost when the part is reviewed only as a flat material stack.
Scope can cover the finished assembly, the formed component or an agreed sub-process within the customer’s localization plan.
